Her and I actually got connected because she very, very kindly corrected this misuse of language that I have been guilty of for a while,

which was by promoting this idea that religious trauma

syndrome exists and is diagnosable and is being treated by certain therapists and clinicians.

And she just wrote me to be like, you're kind of misrepresenting this concept.

And it's not exactly what you think it is.
