Elliot, I appreciated your tweet of you appreciating Rhett and Link's podcast.

It's just so good, but when they get super serious and the series of them that they've done basically over the last year of just breaking down their religious journey.

He's articulating stuff that I know exactly what he's saying and he's doing it so elegantly.

He's so organized in his thoughts and I wrote down a couple quotes at one point that were so good.

Yeah, I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to the person who sits next to you in church who knows better.

Steve, we're talking about Rhett and Link's most recent podcast episode.

It's not the most recent by the time this episode goes up, but it was one year after their spiritual deconstruction journeys that they did.

And I, Joe brought it up because I tweeted out that it was maybe my favorite podcast episode ever because it spoke very much to what I personally experienced.

But Rhett articulated things so elegantly and so directly and so confidently while being humble that I was just blown away the entire time.

Yep, I love that. There's nothing else to say about it other than if you're interested in the journey, go back about a year and start with those podcasts where they kind of for the first time ripped the bandaid off and talk about, like you said, they're exit from the evangelical Southern church.

And yeah, and how that started where it came from and a little bit of context for them. If you don't know too much about them, they've just kind of not in an effort, but just in being who they are.

Figure heads is probably the wrong word, but they have been very appreciated by the evangelical world as, as very successful creators, because they were aware of it.

They didn't wear it on their shoulders necessarily or anything, but the people that do wore Rhett and Link on their shoulders a little bit.

So it was kind of a kind of a, yeah, it was a big deal for them personally, but then I think for a swarth of people that listen to them.

And anyway, so they started it last year and they make the point that they are really glad that they started that journey and they talked about it last year publicly, because it allowed them to adequately talk about everything that has happened in 2020 where they feel like maybe they wouldn't have been able to do that.
