Summary

Liverpool moved three points clear at the top of the Premier League with a 4-2 victory over Newcastle during a frenetic night at Anfield. All the goals came during the second half in the pouring rain as Liverpool's relentless football proved to be too much for Eddie Howe's side. The Magpies dug deep in the first half as Mohamed Salah missed a penalty and Trent Alexander-Arnold hit the bar. But Darwin Nunez set Salah up to open the scoring in the second and despite goals from Alexander Isak and Sven Botman, Curtis Jones, Cody Gakpo and Salah - this time scoring from the spot - handed all three points to the Reds. Joe Rimmer is joined by Ian Doyle and Theo Squires to discuss the victory and the key moments on the latest Blood Red podcast. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
