| 0:40.8 | as humans is we are patterns that we have developed over our lifetime. |
| 0:45.8 | In the majority of the patterns that we have developed over our lifetime, |
| 0:49.6 | most of them, if not all of of them are completely unconscious them. |
| 0:53.4 | And so what we do is because of fact that they're unconscious |
| 0:56.3 | is we develop them without really recognizing them. |
| 1:00.4 | And it's kind of like the phrase of the old tail where it's like there's two young fish swimming in the water and an old fish swims by him and he says, |

| 1:12.4 | And they look at each other and they say what's |
| 1:14.2 | water? It's like they're in the water and it's so omnipresence been around them |
| 1:18.6 | their entire life that they don't even realize that it's there. And that's how a lot of our patterns are until we decide |
| 1:25.4 | to actually start looking at ourselves through a lens and say like, what are my patterns? Why am I reacting this? |
| 1:31.0 | Why why am I doing this? |
| 1:32.6 | And when we look at patterns, some of them are beneficial. |
| 1:35.1 | I don't want you to think that all of the patterns are not beneficial. |
