on the surface that seems like such a simple question but when we dive deep into it who are we really we start

listing things like our job or our hobbies or our age but what does that really

mean I think that when you break it down we are really just an idea that is

dictated by either us or the influences around us but that means that we are

one of the biggest influences that

dictate who we are. If you feel like you're not where you want to be or you want to accomplish more,

maybe it's time to start thinking about what things that you need to step away from. What frequencies

in your life are negative and pulling you away from your higher vibrating self. My name is Henry and welcome to

When we think about removing things, this is what comes to mind for me.

When you're having allergies or something is wrong, whether you're having upset stomach, you

brain fog, one of the things that dietitians will go to is an elimination diet, basically

where you start eliminating things from your diet to where the

symptoms go away. And then you start reintroducing them and see if the symptoms come back or not.

And that's a way that you can figure out what is causing this reaction. I think this is a very good

symbolism to your life. If your life is not where you want it to be and you believe, like me,

that this is really just an experience that we're in, that this is some kind of vibrational projection

based off our spiritual selves on, you know, us, the earth, the world, everything that we see

the physical is just a projection from the inside, then we need to figure out what influences are causing us to not have the experience
