I don't know what's going on in the world right now with all the breakups,

but it's terrible.

You know,

if you loved each other once and it was real,

So I'm going to share some ways of releasing the pain. But first, I'd like to talk about one of, one of the problems

with people who have gone through a breakup is oftentimes the breakup has activated all kinds of

other things, you know, doubts, fears, distrust, anxiety,

apprehension. And, you know, the law of attraction is very clear. You have to have clear intentions.

You have to be moving toward them or in the direction of your intentions.
