post and I shared it and one of my friends online said that she was having a really a difficult time

Relaxing her mind and wondered if it just takes practice and my was, yes, it's a lifetime of practice, one moment at a time.

So really one of the things that I'd like to talk about is the importance of relaxation, whether you want to call

it meditation or not.

As long as you are making time, creating space, to breathe, to be still, to honor yourself, to understand

when you're starting to wind out, and to know that coming back to your breath means everything.

And for me I can tell you that my natural state is very pitibrained, very much going on in my mind and lots of creativity and lots of

things to do and sometimes I find myself entirely impatient.

Patience is something that for me, I strive for because it's one of the most difficult obstacles that I face.

So to be peaceful and to learn patience is key to helping me relax, to helping me be in a place where I'm no longer

judging, I'm just observing, To know that being mindful of where I'm at and how I feel and how I behave
