Okay, so I was probably about, I dated this girl for 10 years from like 19 to 29,

and we ended up separating, and we got back together.

I remember my dad came and he talked to me and he said, are you sure you guys, are you sure you really want to get back together? And I was like, yeah, of course, you know, I thought it was a great relationship. And he just went, okay. And he didn't say anything to me at that time. Just let it play out. Well, obviously, it didn't work out. you know, it ended just the way we thought it would.

And my dad later came up and he goes, play out well obviously it didn't work out you know it ended just the way we thought it would

and um my dad later came on and he goes have you ever reached in the fridge and grabbed uh milk

and then poured a glass of milk can taste it and it's sour and did you put the milk back in the

fridge anticipating for it to get better you know what what? That is a fine point, man.

Yeah, and, you know, I was young at the time when he told me that, and, you know, and still, to this day, I think that's probably one of the greatest things, you know. But, again, you know, some people, they get divorced and they get remarried, you know. Sometimes it just works out. Emotional stuff is tough, but think as an analogy, I get the feeling I'll probably drop that on probably both of my kids at some point in the future. Son, I learned this from Tanner's dad. Never met the man, but it's solid piece of a bite. The milk don't get better because you put it back in the fridge, brother. And those second marriages very rarely work out after a couple gets back together and remarries. Yeah. I mean, it just, the times you hear about it, very rarely. I'm sure there are instances, but percentage wise, he's right. I got an aunt. She married the same guy. I think she was married a total of three times, but on two occasions, it was the same guy.

And I liked him.

My family liked him.

This for whatever reason, they didn't work. But I do remember when she was announcing that she's going to get married. My father does not pull punches. He won't say much, but he ain't going to lie to him if he speaks to him. And he's just like, Fran, do you think it's a good idea? But, Robert, I thought you liked him.

He said, I do like him, but we are not married.

We get along fantastic.

You married someone else, and now you're going back to him because you're thinking about all the good things, forgetting about why you got divorced. You can look back on any relationship and be like, oh, man, we had some good times.
