You talk a lot about stress. How much of a factor is that in a relationship?

Well, first of all, there's two kinds of stress. There's the outer world. We say, oh, today was so stressful. There was traffic. This person didn't do what they said they're going to do. When I'm talking about stress, I'm talking about how we react to stress, because we can't always change the outer world, but we can learn how to change our inner world, which is the basis of all personal growth.
