Is there anything you need? Maybe it's just about identifying the current state of your mental

health and saying, okay, that's where I'm at. I'm a little depressed. I'm a little sad. Maybe you're

grieving today. Maybe you have some anxiety. Maybe you're living in joy. Maybe you're happy.

Okay. Let that be a companion on your journey.

We're not denying or illegitimizing how we're feeling.

We're also not catastrophizing, dramatizing,

or amplifying how we're feeling.
