relapse this week played off the 1991 Superbroughts show that Jack and JP did last week.

We did the W.C.W. and Japan Pro Wrestling Super Show from 1991 and made me think about one of my favorite series probably

one of the more underrated journeys here on TLF and that is pain off the

Pacific and you know the highlight of that run for me was the show

collision in Korea just absolutely insane stuff especially when you hear the

first hand accounts of the wrestlers and

personnel that were on the ground in North Korea. If you don't know about it,

Dark Side of the Ring did a look in it, but no one can quite do a deep dive.

Quite like the Laps fan co-chairs and they definitely gave this one the treatment and it's

definitely one worth checking out so sit back relax enjoy

a wrestling tournament featuring American and Japanese stars was held in Pyongyang's May Day Stadium.

150,000 people dutifully turned up for what was called a festival for peace. The focus of which

was a game most here have never seen or heard of in which breaking the rules is a virtue. Most

early bouts were watched in bemused silence. The point though was political.
