Hey, Bo. Good afternoon, dude. What's going on? Man, good afternoon to you, too, sir. Not a whole lot. You know, we got some beautiful weather. We dodged Laura by our Lauren. Laura? Laura. By a hair, man. You know how I remember it was Hurricane Laura? How's that? Is that one of my

former relationships was a Laura. And now that I just let that out of my mouth, I really hope

she does not in any way, shape, or form this podcast. Yeah, I'm not name dropping any X's on this one, man. That's hilarious. No, no, yeah, man, dodged a bullet. Yeah, and, you know, I know it kind of, you know, hit that St. Lake Charles area there, kind of around Orange, Texas on the border there between Louisiana, Texas. But, man, glad y'all came out okay. Yeah, it was a real blessing for us here,

but you're right. I mean, definitely some pretty severe devastation just right down the road.

But what was wild was just waking up the next morning to a dry back patio. Like, we were,

we were ready, man. We had cousins came to stay with us overnight even. Like, we were, we were

ready for the worst. And yeah, yeah, we got the absolute best case scenario. So very, very blessed to have the home intact and in the midst of everything else that's going on. How about you, brother? How are you doing? Man, yeah, doing great. Hey, signed a contract on a new house, man. We're moving. What? Oh, dude. Congratulations. Really excited. Yeah, staying in our

goofy historic neighborhood that we live in. And, you know, it's funny, I've been complaining

about how much it takes to keep up this 90-year-old house that I live in. So we're obviously

fixing, we're remedying that by moving into a 93-year-old house. Of course that's, that's what you do. Because that's what you do. But no, this new house is actually in much better shape and a little larger for, you know, now that we have a little one and, you know, more stuff to store and all that kind of stuff. So we're, we're excited. Yeah, it should be, should fun. But yeah, man, moving to the other side of the neighborhood, we'll be kind of over by that cool bed and breakfast that's in our neighborhoods. We'll be able to walk to have a little cocktail maybe occasionally at night if we can find a babysitter and all that stuff. But yeah, man, it should be should be fun so we excited. It's going to be tough to leave our house.

You know, just so many good memories there.

And lots of pipe smoking on the front porch and, you know, those just precious conversations with dear friends over a good pipe.

And, you know, either a cool gin and tonic or a nice whiskey.

So, yeah, it's going to be hard to leave.

We're fired up about getting a stay in the neighborhood.

So it should be good, man.
