All right. So today I want to talk about rejection and specifically I just

want to make one point about it. So we had a group coaching call. It was the mastermind for Dr.

Aziz and I attend those calls. And one of the women expressed that she went on a date

with a guy that she really liked, and then he wasn't interested after that. And she was so excited

about him. And then her neighbor came by her house, and she was like, oh, like tell me about the guy, how did it go?

And she felt so embarrassed to share that he rejected her. And she felt so hurt. She felt like,

I'm not good enough and all of these stories were coming up and it was really painful for her.

And one thing that was really important for her to learn and I think is important for everybody

is to understand that first of all, if you get rejected, that's never something to be

embarrassed about because rejection is the least personal thing in the world.

It feels like the most personal thing in the world. It feels like now that you know me,

you don't want me. Like that feels personal, man. But rejection is the one thing that we all have in common i'm sure

you've heard the quote that like the one thing we all have in common is that we're going to die

but we have a lot of other things in common we also have in common that we're all going to

experience rejection in many areas of life many times.

We're going to be the person rejecting other people sometimes. Sometimes people are rejecting us.
