The first thing that we have to do

when we're coming into a transition

is to look and to take inventory of everything.

And I think that's an essential part

and habit and discipline that you want to do.

So the first thing that you want to take inventory

when you're looking to re-engineer transform restart or reinvent which is no better time than now to do is to take inventory of your values and there's four categories of values.

There's your personal values, your health, your love, integrity, character, your family,

there's your experiential values, which are critical every day to take inventory of those values of what do I actually

want to learn today?

What experiences do I want to have?
