But this, my podcast is where I go to tell you what's going on in my head, sometimes in the world, in my life, every week and hoping that you all relate.

It's like a conversation with a friend where you say nothing.

And by the way, this is where I go to be sometimes funny, sometimes serious, but I am always honest and real.

Now last week I said, I'm gonna talk about Megan and Harry.

I do that all the time, I'm sure you weren't like, oh my God, what is Jen's hot take on the Megan and Harry Oprah interview?

I haven't been able to honestly do much while I've waited to hear what she had to say.

It's been hard on my family.

I've been laying awake at night and having stress dreams.

And you know, my kids have been, I haven't washed their faces, I haven't brushed their teeth.

You know, my husband would do that normally, but he's just been so worried about me that he's just been on websites, googling what can make a woman despondent.

And there are no answers.
