Hey, everybody. What you're about to listen to is Kathy and I got interviewed on a different podcast

called Reimagining Love with Dr. Alexandra Solomon. During the podcast, we talked about our history.

We talked about how we got together, our partnership. And even though we've been doing this

podcast for 11 years, we dive into

areas of our relationship that we really have never discussed. So we thought it'd be kind of fun for

the listeners to kind of hear our story. Dr. Solomon's a dear friend of ours. And it's,

this podcast actually landed on her platform. And we asked her if we could just take the exact

audio and put it on ours because we would think that we thought it would be good. So without

further ado, Dr. Solomon interviewing Kathy and Todd. Enjoy. I am really excited to introduce you

to today's love stories couple, Kathy and Todd Adams.

I was introduced to their work about conscious parenting many years ago by my best friend

Allie. And since that time, I have been a guest on their podcast, a speaker at their

conference, and a teacher in their membership community. And every single time I am

with them, I am struck by the alignment between their work and my work and I am touched by their

big hearts and their warm spirits. And I know that you are going to be also. So Kathy is a

self-awareness expert and an author who's focused on parenting and the personal

empowerment of women and young girls.

She's a licensed clinical social worker, a certified parent coach, a certified elementary

school teacher, a certified yoga teacher, and she teaches in the sociology department

at Dominican University and Elmhurst College.

Her newest book is wonderful.

It's called Zen Parenting, Caring for Ourselves and Our Children in an Unpredictable World.
