So I've been in real estate for 22 years, half my life, and everyone always asked me, when's the best time to buy real estate? My answer for the past 22 years, more or less, has been you should have bought two years ago when you asked me the first time. People are like, oh, I'm going to save what homes are cheaper, or I want to save for a bigger down payment because I don't like homes in my price range. But if I save a bigger down payment, next year I'll buy the home and the next budget up.
