But for those who aren't, give us a quick rundown on your background, who you are, what you do. Yeah, so I got into real estate when I was 21-ish. I think it was like late 20s, early 21. I bought this house and with no really planned other than that it was cheaper to buy than rent. And so I bought this little house, almost no money down. It was like an FHA loan, basically. And this is back in 07. And I like rented out the bedrooms. And I was like, this is awesome. And then I is really awesome. And then I was homeless because I sold my |
