And for this week my pal Dan Susa and I are going to hang out. We're going to weigh in on your food disputes

including one about the ethics of ice cream samples. You know for me one of the best

parts of summer is stopping by a local ice cream shop. Whenever I travel or

even walk into my own town there's a pretty good chance if it's hot outside.

I want to stop for some ice cream.

But I didn't know there was such a thing as ice cream college.

Well, Dan and I talk about that and much more about the science of ice cream.

Plus we'll settle that ice cream debate from you are

listeners. Back in 2018 when we first aired this episode, Dan Susa was the
