processors in Dublin, North Carolina. Baseball season is underway and if someone

takes you out to the ball game they're probably going to ask them to buy you some peanuts and Cracker Jack.

So those are the foods we're going to talk about today.

Niles family has been in the peanut business for three generations.

I asked him to tell me the best way to eat a peanut in the shell.

To me it's between my front two teeth. I just turn it the right direction and put it in there

and put a little pressure on it and it pops right open.

So you put it so that the seam is lined up with your teeth?
