Putin wants regime change in Ukraine, and Biden wants regime change in Russia, which raises

the question, what about regime change lawful regime change in America?

said several weeks ago when Graham and effects had listened.

Isn't there somebody who's going to rise up now in Graham's case?

He was talking about somebody in Russia.
