It is my pleasure to welcome in.

It's going to be one of the new inductees into your Reds Hall of Fame.

I'd be in the great Reggie Sanders. Welcome into the podcast, Reggie. How you doing?

I'm good, man. I tell you, you saying that, that gives me chills. I haven't even received it yet,

but I'm so excited. My family is so excited, and we're looking forward to the upcoming

weekend for the event. Well, it's well deserved, and I've said this publicly. I'll say it again.

It is overdue. You're a Reds outfielder from 91 to 98, 95. Reds won the Central Division Championship.

You swept the Dodgers in the division series.

You were an all-star that season.

Let's see the numbers.

306, 28 bombs, 99 RBIs, 36 stolen bases to go along with that.

You were amongst the leaders in the MVP vote that year.

So when you found out that you were going into the Reds Hall of Fame,

is it something that you thought about over the years?

And when you got that call, how much did it mean to you?

Yeah, I mean, it's obviously something that as a, as a, you know, baseball player, you strive to, you know, be a part of, of, you know, a long legacy.

And, you know, my hope was that when I left the organization, I left it better than I, you know, that I found it.

And I had somewhat of an impact, you know, at the time that I was there.
