I'm going to start in a word of prayer and then I'm going to direct us where we're headed, okay?

So Father, thank you so much for this time for us to meet, study your word. We want to know your word because your word reveals your mind

and your heart and your will to us. We want to know you. And we can't know you just in a vacuum. We've got to know your word.

And so give us insight and understanding today as we look into the scripture, bless each and every man here.

We pray this in Christ's name.

Yeah, also recognize that we've got an American airline pilot here from Shreveport, who decided

to come to the study because he didn't have to wear a mask anymore.

So he's kind to rejoice with us.

Rejoice with those who rejoice.

Okay, so here's what we're doing today.

I've got a standalone message that I want to bring,

and I don't know that I can even get through this,

but I want you to take your Bible and turn with me to 1st John chapter 3 and you know that's where I was going to I'm going to be directing you and I want to look at verses 9 and 10 one more time, but it's only going to be a launching point because I have a very specific focus for this morning and knowing myself, I know I can't get through this but this is a very

important theological truth that has major impact upon your personal life.

So beginning in verse 9, no one who is born of God.

And I want to underscore those three words, born of God.
