Why is it that we are even asking such questions because people who are not familiar with our faith or people who are just beginning to practice Islam

They don't quite understand the the motivation for such a question for many people

It seems utterly inconsequential and trivial and the response to this is that

Just like anybody would understand anybody of any faith background would understand that a person who believes in one god

Would not want to fall into prostration in front of an idol
