Sister Shiva or Shefa emails and says that her mother has passed away in

a lily lahuan a Raj your own and she wants to do something for her on a regular

basis and she is saying that the easiest thing for me to do is to recite the

Quran but she has been getting conflicting opinions about whether this is permissible or not.

So she asks what is the position that is the correct position with regards to reciting the

Quran for her mother.
