So Acts the first chapter in our text in verse 8, Acts 1 8, they had asked Jesus if he was, after now he has been raised from the dead and they've seen him.

They were eyewitnesses of him being alive after being dead.

And they asked him, was he going to restore the kingdom to Israel at that time?

And he told him it wasn't for them to know the times and seasons that the Father has put in his power.

And you've got to watch about trying to guess the dates on some things and the times

because some of these things are simply not revealed to us.
