0:17.6	up for your country. So I don't know about you, but when I'm trying to figure out what's
0:23.9	happening in Ukraine, vis-a-vis the United States, because all of this affects each and every
0:30.1	one of us. I just got to bill today for a project I was doing and the energy cost of the project
0:39.1	doubled. So I got to pay double that I didn't expect. I should have, I guess, expected it. But this
0:45.3	is going to happen to you. It's going to happen to me again. Every single thing that we do is going
0:50.6	to cost more because of Joe Biden's bumbling in the economic sphere and the energy sphere. So I
1:00.3	want to try to stay ahead and tell you what probably is going to happen in Ukraine because that
1:07.1	comes on back to the American economy. So the first thing that I learned this weekend is that
1:12.7	Putin has changed strategy, military strategy in that. It's a front page article on the Wall Street
1:18.6	Journal. I learned it from other sources before the journal printed it. But in the beginning,
1:23.5	Putin thought that Ukraine was going to collapse. And that he was going to be able to occupy a
1:29.7	large portion of the country. Well, it did not happen. So they've scaled back, they being the
1:36.9	Russian military, to occupy probably about a quarter of Ukraine, the East. Because they know
1:45.7	they're not going to be able to sit there in Kiev and occupy because there'll be a guerrilla
1:50.1	war and they'll lose thousands of Russian troops. But before that determination is made, and
1:56.1	remember the talks are underway between Russia and Ukraine, the Russians are punishing the Ukrainians
2:02.5	with artillery, air strikes, whatever, to get a better deal in whatever the negotiation will reap.
2:10.9	Okay, so they're punishing Ukraine to make Zelensky more eager to make some kind of deal that gives
2:19.1	Russia a piece of his country. Another piece, because Crimea, of course, is Ukraine. So that's where
2:25.1	we are militarily. Now, in accompanying this change of military strategy, you up the refugee
2:33.1	factor. And that is a subject of this evening's talking points memo. So there are 44 million people in
