not anything actually wrong with being sad. There's nothing wrong with the feeling that

you have. It's just the way that we immediately organize it. Like this is proof that no one's

we feel something, it's not the feeling itself that that's bad or that is like damaging.

It's the way that we organize it that exacerbates the feeling and makes it much worse because

in an ideal world, if we were a perfectly healthy person, then we would have a feeling

and that feeling would just exist without judgment. But it's the judgments that we make

and the judgments that we have of our feelings that make it so much harder because my therapist

always talks about this like there's two arrows and like the first arrow is whatever

you're feeling in the first place. So like the initial feeling is like it already hurts

to feel depressed or sad or whatever. But then the second arrow is the one you shoot
