Hi.

I'm calling because my husband and I, we want to sell our house and move to a different area.

And we've kind of been putting it off because we feel obligated to use his aunt as a realtor.

She's the one who we use to buy the house for her now. And I was very

unhappy with her during the process. Why? What did she do? You'd ended up buying the house. So how

bad could it been? What happened that you don't want to use her again? The houses she showed us

were I told her I wanted a turnkey house she was showing his houses that didn't have

that's her responsibility to show you options in ranges of money okay it is very

unclassy in general when you have a realtor that help you buy the house you're in to not have

them unless they did something egregious to and they were

dishonest how they didn't work hard it's not worth the family strife you can look at a whole

bunch of houses because some people think I want it turnkey there are very few homes that are

turned key mine wasn't turnkey for any took me two years to make it turnkey.

But, uh, so I, I think it's not worth the aggravation that will happen in the family for you to get on

this very tall horse. Okay. That's what I wanted to know and I will take that to heart and use her.

to the house, I would look at the house from the outside and go, I don't need to look in. Keep driving.
