and investing in as editors of glossy magazines but getting that glow isn't just about

how you treat your skin physically is it? No, it's not and as you are lovely listeners

no Trish and I take a kind of holistic approach to skin care. It's about lifestyle as much

as products for us and we're advocates of reviewing your routines on a regular basis

and never more so during the perimenopause and menopause when your skin can change quite

dramatically can't it Trish? Yes it does and it doesn't and it's sort of obviously

you've got the aging thing but you've also got the implications of perimenopause and

that lack of issue but for me I think I'm paying the price for the old sun damage done

in the year. The whole of oil years as we called it. I'm about to use some cream but I have to say

probably for you know at least since my my sort of early 40s I'm religious now about some cream

every day that's kind of the one thing that's the non-negotiable for me because I do have

as we know my little sun spots which drive me a bit mad but yeah you've had something interesting

happen haven't you in the last year? Yes I think this is a hormonal fluctuation situation

I've had sort of rosacea on my face which I've never had before and that has required a real change
