Today's show is part four in a series that I am doing all October on how archetypes come into play when doing shadow work.

And I'm also launching the psycho-spiritual wheel of the year this month, this week,

actually, which is a very unusual and I think kick-ass year-and-a-day series. And the first

module of that has a lot to do with shadow work. So I thought that I would stick with that

theme here on the radio show, too.

So in terms of archetypes and how they come into play when you're doing shadow work,

we've already spoken about two of the four archetypes of survival,

and that is the satir, the guardian of choice, and the child,

the guardian of innocence.

And today we're going to be talking about the victim, the guardian of self-esteem.
