Summary

This convo was a gift to my soul I'd like to re-gift the listeners. This special V-Day episode is evergreen. I wanted to walk down memory lane and share this special conversation I had with my dear friend and frequent YOM guest, Bree Melanson. This is an episode for healing the heart and reframing our idea of love in its truest form - no matter your relationship status. In the prelude, I share my experience embracing my single life and a special Valentine's Day poem I wrote for myself and the soul who may be lighted when hearing it. Bree and I talk about self-love, reframing the thought and idea of love, the beauty of contrast, connecting with nature, connecting within during or after a storm, beyond form, and so much more. Bree wraps up the episode with a gift of reading one of her co-created channeled messages. A magical memory embedded in my heart that I need to remember from time to time. Enjoy!
