Well, hey, friends, this is podcast number two in our podcast series about finances, family, and faith.

So I want to talk on this podcast episode about family and just how we can kind of reframe some of our stories around family that will just serve us better today.

And, you know, all of us have, just like we all have money

stories, we all have family stories. We all have people in our family who have done us wrong,

who have let us down, who have disappointed us, or we've let them down, disappointed them,

et cetera. In case none of you knew this, like news slash, there is no perfect family on this side of heaven

turns out there's no perfect people on this side of heaven and so i want to give you some

tools today if i can just to help you deal with family things and and family people and this is

always really good to refresh yourself on, especially right before the holidays.

So you might just like tuck this in and redig it out right before Thanksgiving.

So listen, if you have family members at all, you probably have some that are more challenging

than others.

You probably have some family dynamics that are, you know, they're not maybe what is

viewed as normal or standard or how you would have done things. You might have people in your

family who you wish were different. You wish they behave different, et cetera. And the truth of the

matter is, is we lose out on a lot of relationships

sometimes with family members because we so desperately wish that the family members we had

would change. And we think that if only my sister would X, Y, Z, things would be better.

helps is just for you to change how you think about what your sister does versus continually
