0:44.0	breaking news which I search for to know avail on CNN and elsewhere which is
0:50.8	Kim Jong-in- un has backed down.
0:55.0	Apparently he has said that they will not fire on Guam from North Korea.
1:00.0	This is not going to happen.
1:02.0	And how in heaven's name did this occur.
1:05.0	May I put forward a hypothesis, Chris, that the President and Mattis scared the heck
1:11.8	out of this guy and he thought about fire and fury
1:17.2	he looked at the balance of weaponry and decided this was not a good bet for North Korea

1:24.0	I agree with that. I think they also may have put some fear in China as well, because you
1:30.0	saw after Mattis's announcement and the administration's just very blunt approach to
1:35.8	North Korea, you saw China insist that it would take these sanctions seriously and that it would
1:41.0	start cracking down even more.
