0:42.9	home with two of my dear friends who work with me all the time. As many of you know, this weekend
0:50.1	I had a leadership conference in my home and we talk a lot and we eat a lot and we
0:56.6	get to go a lot and we've been friends for years and so I wanted to kind of just have
1:02.3	a fun, hopefully inspirational little Monday morning podcast because you know I hate to
1:08.0	miss these podcasts and by the time you get this I will definitely be going to the airport
1:14.4	to catch my plane to Oxford. So welcome and we just thought we would give a little tiny
1:21.7	bit of encouragement. So I have with me my friends Jenny and Gretchen. Hello.
1:28.7	And we were talking about the fact that which you'll hear more of tomorrow. We were talking
1:33.2	about the fact that we have just hit five years of celebration of our membership that they
1:41.2	are in charge of really they we all do it all together but I couldn't do it if they
1:46.5	didn't do it because they do most of the work. But anyway we were kind of astounded this
1:51.1	week. We were looking back on how in the world we all got together because they live in
1:57.1	different states North Carolina and Idaho and we have other people from other states that
2:02.1	work with us and I just would love for you to tell them if you look back we're kind of
2:07.9	amazed at how this came about. But tell me how did you both even come to this whole
2:14.2	ministry and end up being in this crazy place. And the thing is that I want all of you
2:18.9	to know is that there are a group of us. It's not just me but they're a group of us who
