On this tea this morning, this cup of tea is filled with gratitude.

The selection of people we have in our environment, our support circle, our tribe.

So we don't have to have boundaries with toxic people trying to keep them out protecting

our energy.

But now we have people in our life who are beautiful and they understand our boundaries

and we understand theirs and we're compatible.

It's in our reflection that gives us the opportunity to make the right selection of how

to nurture our energy.

How to feel our energy and feel our heart knowing what we truly want.

It's in our deep reflection that gives us the vision to make the right selection on

our next move, on our next choice.

Sometimes we struggle with what to do.

Sometimes we struggle with our next move, looking at the uncertainty, not knowing what we

should do, heightening our anxiety and our stress with worry, not realizing that the answer

is already kept within.

It just needs us to go inside and sit in our deep reflection.

It's in our deep reflection that gives us the opportunity to make the right selection.
