| 1:14.5 | And can I let it be? Can I let it be just as it is? |

| 1:31.0 | You might sense just scan your life a little, and sense what's going on that you've been in some way |
| 1:37.5 | not wanting to feel with vulnerability, what fear, what sorrow. |
| 1:54.4 | For these moments, let your intention be just to stay a bit, to offer that attention |
| 2:02.2 | that can truly transform. |
| 2:08.2 | You might deepen your attention a little, feel where whatever might be vulnerable, might be scared, |
| 2:17.7 | might be sad, is living in your body. |
| 2:24.5 | And just for these few moments, offer a genuinely kind attention. |
| 2:33.4 | And that means that if you'd like to also offer a gesture of kindness, |
| 2:38.3 | that can be a really powerful part of staying, just simply putting your hand on your heart or your cheek, |
| 2:44.5 | two hands on your heart. |
| 2:47.5 | So that you're really communicating inwardly, I'm here right now. |
