Summary

On the eve of 2020, we're re-upping one of our favorite early episodes (number 11, "Bogeyman: Democratic Socialism"), which features a conversation between Bernie staffer Bianca Marquez and her father, Jaime, on whether we should embrace the term "democratic socialism" to describe Bernie's brand of people-first, progressive politics. Hey everyone. For this holiday new year episode, we decided to re-up an old episode that's one of our

0:06.7

favorites. In this episode, Bernie Staffer, Bianca Marquez, has a conversation with her father who

1:17.3

to provide that. That was Jaime Marquez, father of Bianca Marquez, state email manager for the campaign.

1:24.5

Now, Mr. Marquez and Bianca have had this conversation before, and apparently

1:30.1

it's gotten animated. Do you know that we fight? Yes, I've heard. And at home. I've heard.

1:38.5

And you should feel free to go ahead and do that here as well. Think of this is your living room.

1:46.2

I don't think you want that. Not that fairly. Maybe not that. Maybe the dining room would be better, not the living room. Well, we decided
