Pro Family Legislators Conference picking up where we left off yesterday.

If you look at Benjamin Franklin in 1773 he he wrote a letter to the Reverend Dean Woodward,

he explained, a disposition to abolish slavery prevails in North America that many of

Pennsylvanians have said their slaves at liberty. Even the Virginia Assembly have petitioned the King for permission to make a law

for preventing the importation of mourn to that colony.

This is 1773, he says, we're already setting our slaves free.
