And even though

that shows really old it's still really accurate with chef Keith snow first time we had

him on to talk about Thanksgiving but I'll be putting some new content into that on some things

that I do with my turkey now that I didn't know back then that I like even better so So you'll be able to use everything Chef Keith talks about.

But you'll also be able to maybe change your brining strategy a little bit and some other cool things.

Anyway, then Wednesday, we are going to have the survivalist view of Thanksgiving.

This is kind of like my Charlie Brown show.

I have like two of those, right?

I have like, yeah, you watch the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving every year, even when you're

an adult, whether you have kids or not, and then the Charlie Brown Christmas special.

So I have a Christmas special and a Thanksgiving special that I always end the week with

of those two holidays.

So the Thanksgiving one will come around.

And we've been doing that since 2008 when I started.

I've been rerunning it.

And I did remaster that one.
