Hi everyone. This is your host Kelly from the Storytellers Live team.

On each episode, you'll hear a different woman share her story of God's transforming love.

These stories are recorded in a live setting at weekly local gatherings, where we're aiming to build community through sharing, connecting, and encouraging

one another.

Most importantly, these stories reveal the faithfulness of God and how he can take what's

ordinary and broken and exchange it for extraordinary and redeemed.

Today's story was recorded at our recent couples event in Birmingham, and we invited back one of our storytellers to share along with her husband.

We had an overwhelming response to her story when her episode aired a year and a half ago.

If you go back to episode eight, you can listen to Rachel's account of how God helped her fight for her marriage and support her husband through his

addiction and recovery. And the feedback that she received after that day opened up doors

for Rachel and her husband Brian to help others struggling with addiction and even to minister

to couples who feel like they're in

a losing battle regardless of whether it's addiction or another issue. So what you'll hear today

is Rachel and Brian sharing together. You'll get to hear Brian's perspective on what it's like to fight

addiction and how God came in and restored the spiritual order in their family.
