He is the guy who has coined the Brewer Method, which is the King of Novations, which he has bought into this. But this guy's a total rock star. It comes from integrity first homebuyers, and he's a guy who in a down market right now where people are a little bit uncertain. They don't really know what's happening. Some of them are scaling back. This guy is ramping up. He was doing tons and tons of deals in a very small market in Pennsylvania and is now expanding. And not only is he helping bringing strategic partners all over the country where you might be a fit for. He also has R&R.E.R.R.R. with our other friend, Belmont Locker, who's been on here, where they're teaching people how to be better leaders, how to train their teams and how to get better at sales and people's skills to put more money in your pockets, but also make a more

integral impact on the earth, the world, and this business in other people's lives, because

we keep saying this is not just about money. The way you make money in this business long term is

you get a good relationship of focusing on people and relationships. And I don't know many people who have gotten such a great lead on that and a good grasp of that and turn that into a successful business model the right way than Eric Brewer and his team. So I really like this episode. The second I saw his name Pop-up, that he was willing to come on. I could not wait to talk to him. So we talk all about the mindset of what it takes to go in, how to not care what people think, how to take some big risk, how to stay calm and chaos. We talk about all the different things he's doing, how he's selecting markets, what he's doing to make better salespeople, what he's doing to connect with people better, how he's having better discipline to get into all aspects of his life and truly be somebody who brings his A game to everything he does.

And anybody listening to this episode, whether you're an investor, an athlete, a business person, or you're just trying to be a better father, mother, husband, brother, or sister. There's a lot of really good takeaways in this throughout this episode that Eric just speaks from his heart. You can tell the guy's authentic. He's got integrity. and he's just kind of shooting from the hip of some of the things that have worked for him

and he's very relatable where he talks about how he doesn't do everything, right?

He doesn't do everything perfect. But he never stops trying to just be the best person he can and inspire other people to do the same thing. So he is welcome back anytime.
