Today we're going to dive into Encaridion 6, which talks about pride and how you shouldn't take pride in things that aren't your own,

like how some people are proud of something they've done nothing to contribute to, like being handsome or beautiful, for example.

A pretty person didn't work to become pretty. They really just won a sort of subjective lottery. They just happen to be

what society finds pretty. And they didn't make themselves that way. They were born that way.
