All right, well we got here for news to start off with Annie

Well, so do you want to start with the new Lakers? I don't want to call a drama, but the new Lakers like kind of stuff

Yeah, so for those who don't recall

Jeannie bus went into court a couple of weeks ago claiming that

Accurately it would appear that her brothers Jim and Johnny attempted to have a board of directors voted in that did not include her

And that therefore because the trust says you must be on the board of directors to be the controlling owner

That would be a way to ouster they claim that there is nothing untoward about that and now in a recent court filing

They apparently have indicated that they are willing to vote her on to the board of directors for at least the next year

Jeannie in court papers has said she is willing to

Issue the trial which is set for May 15th. I believe on these trust issues

And I'm not a trust lawyer, but basically when you're all involved in a trust together

You have what's called fiduciary duties to one another to try to implement the terms of the trust and to give your best efforts in doing that

And so one of the causes of action I'm sure Jeannie has against something is breach of fiduciary duty

What she has said is we'll let the trial go if you're willing to

Say that you will make Jeannie the controlling owner for life and that they have a fiduciary to do that duty to do that anyway

So if I'm in gym and jennies shoes here

Obviously they don't want her to be the controlling owner. That's why these shenanigans started in the first place
