So would you say during the season, if the opportunity presents itself or an aggressive

trade for maybe a great young pitcher, you guys will be ready to get pulled out for her.

Yeah, I mean, I think, you know, when I was here as a player and the conversations I've

had with ownership throughout this offseason, you know, we've never, you know, the Red Sox

have never been in a position, you know, that I can recall where, you know, when it made

sense to add, resources weren't, weren't available. And I have every reason to believe that that will continue to be true.

You know, seasons are really, really valuable.

Major League wins are precious, and we don't want to discount that.

There's some good players out there.

They're well under the tax.
