All right. Welcome back to breaking balls. I'd love to tell you I have great news to report,

0:35.2

but I don't. The Red Sox still plotting along without much direction,

0:39.4

without much traction, hard to really sink your teeth into the idea that they're going to be

0:45.0

a good baseball team this year. But we'll get to something later on that actually might

0:50.0

1:27.3

the course of their history

1:28.3

1:35.1

offensively is really kind of staggering and flies in the face of everything the Red Sox have

1:41.0

been over the course of their modern history. So I don't need to tell you from Ted Williams to Yaz to Rice.

1:47.6

They've had hitters in the middle of their lineup that have been elite and have allowed

1:52.5

them to build around those guys and put an entertaining competitive team on the field,

1:57.9

at least from an offensive standpoint.
