Good morning and good evening. This is Father David Nix on the Padre Paraguino podcast. So Mr. John Henry Weston of LifeSight News interviewed me about an upcoming trial for an arrest following my peaceful pro-life work inside an abortion center way back in 2019 in New Jersey. So now we have this upcoming trial that on March 14th, 2025, I'll be tried with Father Fidelis and Will Goodman for our work

with Red Rose Rescue. The judge will assess 30 days in jail against us, but please pray, we

don't have to do that. Anyway, with the permission of John Henry, I repeat his interview here,

and what you'll now hear is both a bit of my own life update and our unscientific predictions

on the future of the Vatican. Hope you enjoy this interview.

For all of you pro-lifers out there, we're not always winning. You know the fight is back

to the states on all the legislation. Believe it or not, it's also back to the states on the arresting and

jailing of polifers. So yes, President Trump has done pardons. Many of them were released from

jail, 23 of them. But some of those same people who just got released, believe it or not,

are being tried in state courts and ready to go back to jail again.

With me is one of those who is not one who is pardoned, but one who is being tried next month,

in fact, almost exactly a month from today.

I think for a lot of people, this is going to be a mega shock because they're like, oh, it's all done.

We're all finished now. Thanks for God. They're free and we're not doing that anymore. But apparently we are.

Yes. So I have been arrested for prayerful, peaceful presences in abortion centers twice, and the latter of the two was in New Jersey in 2019 with, as you said, Father Fidelis and Will Goodman and some others, some of them say anonymous.

And the reason they delayed our trial was first because of COVID, secondly, because our pro bono lawyer had an injury,

and then thirdly, because Will Goodman was in prison himself. And so kind of ironically,

since Will's now out of prison, they're trying us for this 2019 prayer inside of an abortion
