Week seven.

That sounds so late.

I don't mean to be that guy.

We don't wish time away.

I know we can say that on every single preview pod. Oh my God. This season is going by so unbelievably fast. Week seven is the first time in

which people start throwing out halfway point. I refuse to do that. I refuse to do that. This is not

the halfway point of the season. In my opinion, that's at least until after week seven. But my God, it's going too fast. Yeah, you know what? I will credit the 12 team playoff here. I feel like the pacing of the season this year has been the most perfect I've ever seen it because it really did start with a bang, you know, with the week one matchups. Don't worry about week zero this year, folks. But like it feels like there have really been marquee games every week.

So my usual kind of like copium there is like, well, it's really just about your conference schedule. It's really about the SEC. And there's still a lot that we have to learn about these teams in conference play, obviously. But I'm looking at the schedule and it's like, yeah, this has been a full, full year already. and yet, you know, the conference is very much still to be decided.

If you want a comforting thought, in addition to those points, we're still more than three

months away from the national championship. So as far as I'm concerned, that's basically an

entire season that we have ahead of us. And we don't need to get into how many weeks of the regular season. We have less, no, no, three, more than three months from now, we still won't even know who the national champ is. So that is a win in my book. We are not calling at the midseason point. We are just going to appreciate each and every Saturday that we have.
