Chapter 2. The Red Panda Pealed back the bright red gauntlet from his left wrist and glanced at his wristwatch. He was a little early. He stepped quietly to the edge of the rooftop and surveyed his domain. Even at this late hour, his city still hummed as if it were a living thing and shone in the
