For me, that is part of why I think it's important that all the work that we do is about

building mass movements of community collective survival.

So the reason that I think mutual aid matters, the reason that I think community defense

matters, the reason that I think bail funds in these things matter is they pull communities

together.

And in a world where vulcanization is occurring and where political violence is occurring,

having those networks already there for you and your community of people who are exploited

and oppressed in various ways by the society to be able to survive collectively rather

than individual is a really crucial project.

And one reason that I think that whatever types of mass work are happening right now,

they have to have the dual purpose of building a broader movement, but also creating an infrastructure

to survive should things go in those much, much worse directions.

Yeah, I think that's all very, very insightful.

And I think what you did there, which I think is correct, is to sort of put pressure on

the boundaries that I set out between these four distinct paths and really thinking

it more of like how does one bleed into another?

So if we do have vulcanization, which is pretty much synonymous with social collapse on

some level, then we could still have something like the Civil War, but not the unified government

repression, right?

And then in that, in a scenario where you have something like a protracted ongoing scattered

Civil War in a context of vulcanization, you would have revolutionary formations and fascist
